Areas We Serve
The South Coast
Between Goleta and Carpinteria, roofs face salt air and fog from the ocean and steep hillside lots below the Santa Ynez Mountains. We plan every job around those conditions.

Santa Barbara
Spanish Tile, Shingle & Flat Roofs.
Serving Downtown, the Mesa, Hope Ranch, Mission Canyon and the Riviera.

The Santa Ynez Valley
Over the mountains, the valley trades salt air for summer heat, wind and wildfire risk, on ranches and vineyards as well as in town.

Santa Ynez Valley
Wildfire Country, Ranches & Vineyards.
Including Santa Ynez, Solvang, Los Olivos, and Ballard.

Service Area FAQ
Common Questions About Where We Work
Who issues the roofing permit where I live?
It depends on the town. Santa Barbara, Goleta, Carpinteria and Solvang are cities with their own building departments. Montecito, Hope Ranch, Mission Canyon, Summerland, Santa Ynez and Los Olivos are unincorporated, so permits go through Santa Barbara County, and Montecito adds its own architectural review. We handle the permit either way.
Do you do emergency roof repair in every area you serve?
Yes, on the South Coast and in the Santa Ynez Valley. Call (805) 965-2416, and see emergency roof repair for what we do after a storm.
Do you roof commercial buildings as well as homes?
Yes. Most of our commercial roofing is flat TPO and PVC membrane on business parks and multi-tenant buildings in Goleta, Carpinteria and Santa Barbara.
